The service was courteous, the staff was extremely friendly, reasonable value. Room was very well decorated, very well decorated. Everything was beautiful as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was not clean. I loved that breakfast was wonderful and included slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, meats and bakery. Comfortable central location not too far away from a neoclassical temple

I appreciated every detail here, including rooms and location, that were FAB. Exceptionally comfortable bed, electric outlets and buzzer, comfortable room.

The views were not very nice.

Overall an unforgettable stay - great value-to-price ratio, considering prices in other hotels. All good - I loved my stay - food was fantastic and my bed was good. Really handy location, splendid view from glamorous rooms. The hotel was spotless and the beautiful beach set near the property.

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

The place was quiet. We had an apartment with a view to street. The location was great! Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from lago como.

Wasn't expecting to have a kitchen. Lake Como is really close to the hotel.
